How to use CoD

If the carrier wants to provide its customers with cash on delivery, we support this service so that when creating a reservation, the carrier can immediately mark the shipment as blocked and therefore not pick up by the customer even after storage. Mark the reservation as blocked using the BLOCKED attribute with the value set to TRUE.

As soon as the customer pays the carrier / eshop, he will immediately send us a PATCH for the reservation and change the setting of the BLOCKED attribute to FALSE. This will unlock the customer's ability to collect.
